Rita Angelini, Author

Rita Angelini’s inspiration for Leap into Literacy was her daughter KiKi, who had special needs. Upon KiKi’s death in 2011, Rita Angelini sought to capture and share the life of her extraordinary daughter who taught her family about compassion, faith, and unconditional love without speaking a word. A certified public accountant who recently retired, she is pursuing her passion for writing. She plans to publish her memoir, As Normal Changes, in the near future. Rita grew up in Chicago, IL and recently moved to Fort Myers, FL.
